Managing the Workflow

One large part of any project is to manage your time well, which is something that takes a lot of work to get the hang of. Especially currently being a universtiy student, having to split time between several different projects for different areas of my course. As well as other areas of university life. Doing this not only help out with a persons mental health, but having a plan layed out looks more professional. However, halfway through our project, we were forced into lockdown due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 Pandemic. This allowed for more time to work on our projects.
Our team has set out a plan to make it so our targets are all met, this is done using HacknPlan.

HacknPlan is a website used within the games industry to create tasks and track how far throught they are through. This was set up by our team leader Annie, who is the one that mediates our groups HacknPlan, though anyone within the group are able to move tasks along in accordance to how far they are completed.

As you can see to the left, I have written out my timings for how I have spent the time taking a note of how long I have spent working on the project, this is time spent either modelling, rigging or animating. It does not take into account the time that is taken on working on the blog posts.
